Welcome to Dekalb County's online payment system. Before proceeding, please have your citation or case number ready. Using this portal to pay your fine is the same as pleading
GUILTY to the offense.
Important considerations:
By paying your citation online, you are pleading GUILTY to the violation. If you wish to plead
NOT GUILTY or NOLO, you must appear in court on your scheduled court date. If you appear in court, the Judge may set a different fine and that fine may be higher or lower than the fine schedule for online payments.
Eligibility for online payment:
Please allow ten business days from the date the citation is issued to make a payment online or in person.
Not all offenses are eligible for online payment. You are typically not eligible if your citation requires a mandatory court appearance
If you are unable to pay your fine online, and your citations are marked as “Court Only,” it means a
mandatory court appearance is required. The fine amount will be set by a Judge at your court hearing.
Other Payment options:
To pay a fine by mail: you may send a certified check or money order, payable to the Magistrate Court of DeKalb County, with a copy of your citation to Magistrate Court of DeKalb County Georgia, 3630 Camp Circle, Decatur, Georgia 30032.

pm. You may pay a fine in person via debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, echeck), cash, certified check, or money order. If you are paying with a card, you
